01 / Find the right route
Start with what is happening on site.
The scale of the failure, the condition around it and how the site operates all affect the appropriate work. These routes provide a practical starting point.
Pothole & asphalt repairs in Leeds
For isolated potholes and failed asphalt areas on commercial and private sites across Leeds.
02Commercial surfacing & resurfacing
For car parks, roads or yards with wider wear, repeated patching or a need for coordinated resurfacing.
03Factory yard repairs & resurfacing
For industrial yards, loading areas and HGV routes where repair scope and phasing must reflect an operating site.
04Urgent pothole or make-safe work
For a surface failure affecting access or safety now, primarily across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
05Pothole repairs across Yorkshire
For commercial pothole and asphalt patch repairs beyond Leeds across the wider Yorkshire service area.
06Car park repairs & resurfacing
Assess patching, planing, resurfacing and line marking for commercial and managed car parks.
No fixed minimum commercial pothole job size or call-out value; the right next step depends on the site and defect.
Pothole and asphalt patch repairs are normally completed with hot-lay asphalt appropriate to the existing construction and traffic loading.
Drainage, channel and interface works can be carried out directly.
Small line-marking works are completed directly; larger schemes use a trusted specialist subcontractor.

02 / Published project
Sand Moor Golf Club, Leeds.
The existing car park surface was planed before approximately 300 tonnes of SMA10 were machine laid across around 2,000 m².
The work was completed over three days while the golf club remained operational. New white lining and disabled parking bays were completed before handover in August 2021.
